The Challenge
Our client was developing HIRF (high-intensity radiation field) resistant probes for a fuel tank. During product testing, the Boston, Massachusetts-based testing facility’s anechoic chamber produced unexpected results, that could have resulted in unneeded additional cycles.
Our Approach
As onsite witnesses, we’ll ensure that the testing procedure proceeds as planned and expected. Based on years of experience, our onsite expert recognized the test facility’s equipment failure and asked to review the data.
The Solution
We had the anechoic chamber recalibrated to correct for the equipment failure and had the tests re-run.
The Result
Following new tests, the client’s probes were accurately certified. All in a day’s work.
